Starting Fresh
It's a new year, everyone. And for many, that means resolutions, a promising year ahead, and a hefty backlog from 2023. As I'm getting back into things after a wonderful Christmas break, those nagging things I didn't finish in 2023 are rearing their ugly head.
William James once said “Nothing is so fatiguing as the eternal hanging on of an uncompleted task.”
So for me, in an attempt to avoid that fatigue, I'm going to take some time this week to delete those uncompleted tasks from 2023. Let's all start fresh. Let's all check in with your teams and see what still needs to be done. Let's all take a breath and figure out what's important for 2024.
