Parting Thoughts
Setting Patterns
Every decision you make reverberates. Each time you chose to do something (or not) generates a bit of momentum in that direction.
Every enduring habit began with a momentary choice. Good or bad. And it's true for determining interpersonal standards. Also true for people, how you let some treat you at the start establishes a trajectory for how they treat you later.
So the next time you're at a crossroads, from startup decisions to that morning workout, ask yourself what pattern you want to set for the future. And then put that pattern into action.
